Morgan is entering the final year of her Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree which she will graduate with a SEM major, marketing minor and Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. As she approaches graduation, Morgan is determined to maximize her engagement within the School of Business, making a lasting impression by actively contributing to the executive teams of various student clubs, immersing herself in on-campus events, and broadening her horizons by attending professional conferences.

The NEW team resonates profoundly with Morgan's personal values, elevating her enthusiasm for involvement even further. Through their shared commitment to inclusivity, empowerment, and the cultivation of profound interpersonal connections, she finds a compelling alignment with their visionary objectives and excitement to be a part of something so inspiring. After hearing glowing reviews of the NEW conference throughout her degree, Morgan was eager to partake in this year’s event not only as a delegate, but as part of the capable team responsible for leaving a lasting impact on all who attend.

Outside of academia, Morgan enjoys exploring; seeking out new cities to discover and exciting restaurants to try. She channels her creative energy into curating a vintage closet that reflects her unique sense of style and appreciation for timeless fashion.

Natasha is in her third year of University at the Alberta School of Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Economics. Natasha is extremely passionate about empowering others and helping them gain knowledge and experience to help prepare for the real world ahead. This has led Natasha to being part of the Women in Business Club last year as a general member as well as volunteering at Little Bits Therapeutic Riding Association. After gaining experience in both these associations, Natasha wanted to further her experiences with empowerment by joining NEW. Natasha is looking forward to meeting other women with similar values to hers and creating a strong network between professionals and students.

Outside of school you can find her filling her time with lots of extracurricular activities. Last year she was part of the UofA dance club and was co-captain of an inner tube water polo team. She also loves to spend her time doing anything outdoors, spending time in the kitchen, or curling up with a good book. All in all, Natasha is very excited to create a fantastic conference this year to help others gain skills and confidence for their bright futures ahead of them!
