Sahej Gill
CO-CHAIR
Sahej is in her fourth and final year of her Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Business Economics and Law, and a minor in Human Resources. She believes strongly in the importance of women empowerment, and uplifting and encouraging those around her. After fulfilling the role of Public Relations Director for the 2025 conference, Sahej is excited to return as Co-Chair for the 2026 Conference, and is looking forward to leading the team as they prepare for another impactful and meaningful conference.
In her spare time, Sahej enjoys going on runs and walks with her dog, spending quality time with her friends and family, and exploring cafes around the city!
Hannah Elding
CO-CHAIR
Hannah is in her fifth year at the University of Alberta School of Business and is pursuing a major in marketing. After joining the team as the External Director in 2024 and 2025, Hannah is thrilled to return as Co-Chair for the upcoming year. Hannah joined NEW because of their commitment in uplifting women in pursuing their goals. She believes in the power of community and collaboration to drive change and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where women can thrive.

In her personal time, Hannah enjoys dancing, spending time outside with friends and family, reading, and traveling! Hannah is very excited about the opportunity to get to know some of the future leaders in all different industries.
